What are the Posting and Packaging charges?
Postage and packaging costs for invitation samples are 50p for each sample.
All other orders (excluding table plans*) delivered to the UK mainland are subject to the following rates, and will require a signature on delivery:

When will my order be delivered?
Samples can take 2 to 3 weeks to be sent out, however I will always try and get them delivered to you quicker than this if possible.
As each order is hand-crafted the time it takes to prepare your order may vary. Single items, such as keepsake boxes and albums, are normally sent out within 14 days of cleared payment. For larger orders I would discuss with you when you require the items for. Together we will then arrange for an appropriate delivery date. I will always send out email confirmation when a delivery has been arranged.
What delivery method do you use?
Orders are delivered by a Royal Mail 'Signed For' service, a national courier (Monday-Friday 9am–5pm), or possibly by hand if you are local to Cardiff. Additional delivery options, such as Saturday deliveries may be available at an extra charge.
To ensure you have received your order, a signature will always be required upon delivery (except samples). Delivery can be to any mainland UK address – your work, family, friend etc, but someone must be available to receive and sign for your order.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you have missed delivery the courier will leave a Delivery Attempt card with further instructions on collection or re-delivery. Please call the courier number on the card as soon as possible as orders will be sent back to us automatically a few days. After this time, your order will be sent back to us and a re-delivery charge will apply.
International Orders
Although I normally only ship to the UK mainland, I may be possible to arrange an international delivery. Please note that UK surrounding Isles, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are classed as overseas. Deliveries to these locations will vary from the timescales and pricing as detailed above. Please email me for an accurate shipping quote before placing an order.
How do I return my order?
I regret that I am unable to offer full refunds once an order has been started. This is due to the bespoke nature of the product and the supplies required for your order are acquired especially for you. Due to wedding stationery being personalised, returns are only accepted where the items are faulty or not as agreed at time of ordering. If the goods you have received are faulty, simply contact me as soon as possible, within 48 hours of delivery. A return authorization needs to be granted before sending any return. Please e-mail me at cally@cardsbycally.co.uk to obtain a return authorization. Please note that any refunds will be given at the discretion of the management, and will exclude postage, packaging and insurance fees. Credit Card returns will be subject to a 5% transaction fee.
Please use recorded delivery in order to minimise the risk of the refunded item not being returned safely and for your own proof of delivery, as I cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
