Samples
Invitation samples are available at the cost shown on this website, plus 50p towards postage and packaging for each sample. If you would like the sample to look slightly different from the website image (for example a different embellishment or ribbon) then this may affect the sample cost, as the cost of the invitation may also be altered. If this is the case you will be advised when you make your sample request. When you then place an order for any invitation range with Cards By Cally, the cost of up to 2 samples would be refunded against your total order. Please email me if you would like a sample.
Price of Products
Cards By Cally is not VAT registered. The price of the Products shall be the price quoted on the Site. Prices are subject to change without notice, however this will not affect any orders already placed and confirmed before the increase.
Prices displayed for stationery ranges are based on a minimum order of 25. Orders placed for fewer than this number may be subject to a slight price increase. In the event that this is the case, you will be notified before your order is started and given the opportunity to decline to proceed with your order.
Orders of less than £150 will require full payment before the order is started, orders of £150 or more will require a deposit of 50%. Full payment will be required once your order is ready for delivery. In the event of separate deliveries, payment for the section to be delivered will be required at that time.
If paying via the Payment Plan no work will begin until paid in full, 50% of the order is non-refundable.
We regret that a 2% surcharge will be applied to any order paid by credit/debit card. Prices are not initially marked up to cover the processing charges associated with this payment method, so unfortunately part of these fees may need to be passed onto the client. To avoid this surcharge payment is happily accepted via bank transfer, cheque or postal order. Please note that your order will only be despatched once payment has cleared.
Placing your order
Please place your order as soon as you know your guest numbers, as far in advance of your wedding date. If your order is urgent then I will try to expedite it within the given timescale although there may be an additional cost involved if your order is very short-notice. Please ensure that you let me know when you need your items by before you place your order.
Please note that I am only able to take on a limited number of clients at any one time, this is so that I can fulfil every order with the utmost care and attention. Please do not be offended if I am unable to take your order, this will only be because of time restraint and a worry that I may not be able to have your items ready by your required date. I do not want to let anyone down, so in a few cases I regrettably may have to decline your request. To avoid this, I can take a deposit and allocate some time in my diary in anticipation of processing your order. This deposit would then be subtracted from your order value.
Order Confirmation
Cards By Cally takes no responsibility for mistakes made after receiving the order confirmation from the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details (spelling, date, time, etc.) are correct at the time of ordering.
Please do not place an order if you require the items sooner than the agreed delivery period.
Delivery and Shipping
Please view the information on the 'Delivery and Shipping' page of this site. That page also constitutes part of the Terms and Conditions of this site. Please ensure that you have read and understand the delivery and shipping section before placing any order.
The delivery of Goods shall be subject to payment by you of the delivery charges specified on the Site, which may be changed by us at our discretion.
Returns
Please note that Cards By Cally are unable to offer refunds once the order has been started, this is due to the bespoke nature of the product and the supplies required for your order are acquired especially for you. Due to wedding stationery being personalised, returns are only accepted where the items are faulty or not as agreed at time of ordering. If the goods you have received are faulty, simply contact me as soon as possible, within 48 hours of delivery. A return authorization needs to be granted before sending any return. Please e-mail me at cally@cardsbycally.co.uk to obtain a return authorization. Please note that any refunds will be given at the discretion of the management, and will exclude postage, packaging and insurance fees. Credit Cards Returns will be subject to a 5% transaction fee.

Until such time as the ownership of the Goods passes to you.
Accuracy of Content
Cards By Cally has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. The content is subject to change without notice. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as with most coloured products, tonal variations can occur between stocks from different batches and suppliers; also, the settings on your monitor may reproduce colours differently to the actual product colours. For these reasons I cannot undertake to supply perfect colour matches to those seen on screen or even sent by sample; although I would wish to assure you that I will do everything in our power to provide as close to perfect goods and colours as I can on the day. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Please note that descriptive words such as 'gold' and 'silver' used on this site refer to colour, and not to the element metal. As the wedding stationery is handcrafted, there may be slight differences between the image and the finished item. Slight variations may occur amongst the designs, making each one unique. From time to time, due to availability of stock, it may be necessary to alter designs slightly, however, the quality will remain the same. If this is the case you will be notified before your order is started, and given the option of declining to go ahead with the order.
Neither Cards By Cally, nor any third parties, provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and I expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which I shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
